Philippines house update after 6 days work. 1-11-25
Interior grey walls and ceilings become white. The guavas turned out to be tasteless, so we moved the guava trees to the empty lot next door. The farmer also doesn't farm in the onion field any more, so no more pump noise.
They installed an electrical transformer at the end of our street because the neighbor was persistently providing them proof of voltages incoming to his house as low as 130 volts instead of the 220 volts that it should be. After the transformer came in, the voltage issue is resolved.
We decided not to build the mentioned basic rectangle house project next to the Kubo for now. Got house plans done up for it, but decided not to do that at this time. Edit 11-16-25
